Bay Distilling is a proudly independent distillery based in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Founded by two friends with a passion for gin, the distillery began in a home garage with a 100-litre still and has since grown into a dedicated small-scale operation producing premium craft spirits.

Their gin label, iti, reflects the distillery’s small-batch focus and community roots. The name itself symbolises simplicity and quality - a perfect match for their hand-crafted approach. With Mount Maunganui featured in the label design, the brand pays tribute to the local landscape and lifestyle.

Bay Distilling’s flagship Classic Dry Gin is crafted through vapour infusion using juniper and nine complementary botanicals, creating a smooth and citrus-forward flavour profile. The team continues to experiment with new expressions, with more releases on the horizon.
