The Cardrona Single Cask Port Barrel Single Malt Whisky is a special release supporting the conservation of the endangered kārearea – the New Zealand falcon. This expression is matured in a rare ex-Central Otago port cask, imparting unique characteristics to the whisky. The nose and palate reveal rich notes of ripe brambles, strawberry, rosehip, and clotted cream. Bottled at 52% ABV, this release reflects Cardrona Distillery's commitment to craftsmanship and environmental stewardship. Half of all proceeds from this bottling are donated to The Kārearea Project.
