Clark Lane Distillery

Founded by a group of friends inspired by a love for gin and a fondness for poor jokes, Clark Lane Distillery began life on Clark Lane -  its namesake street in Hamilton. Their mission: to create a truly New Zealand gin distilled on-site using locally grown Piko Piko fern, fresh spring water from the slopes of Mt Pirongia, and carefully selected botanicals.
They followed a traditional small-batch, small-run approach, blending pure ingredients and triple distillation to achieve refined quality and distinct character. Piko Gin quickly found its way into high-end hospitality venues across the country and went on to win a Silver medal at the Asia Spirits Challenge™ 2023 and a Gold medal for Gin of the Year™ 2023 - The World’s Most Important Gin competition, just within a year of its launch.
