Dancing Sands Limoncello is a vibrant citrus liqueur made with a bounty of locally grown Tākaka lemons. Inspired by a zero-waste ethos, the team transformed surplus fruit into a bold, naturally flavoured spirit.
Crafted in small batches without artificial flavours or colours, this 23% ABV liqueur is refreshing, lightly sweet and layered with bright citrus oil and zest. Gluten-free and vegan-friendly, it’s ideal in a spritz, neat over ice, or mixed into a mojito.
True to the distillery’s Golden Bay roots, this limoncello captures summer in a bottle, with cocktail suggestions featured on the neck label for added inspiration.
