Dancing Sands Wasabi Gin is a daring and distinctive New Zealand navy strength gin inspired by the wasabi root growing in Golden Bay’s Waitapu River. Unlike most wasabi gins made with horseradish, this spirit uses real wasabi root for an authentic earthy heat, balanced by juniper, orange, horopito, and Otago kelp.

At 58% ABV, it delivers a powerful but smooth character with a bright, peppery finish. This savoury gin is gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free - perfect in a dirty martini or a bold G&T.

Internationally awarded, this gin won Double Gold at the NZ Spirits Competition (2020), Platinum at the SIP Awards (2021), and multiple Silver Medals across major global competitions.
