Dancing Sands XO Rum is an exceptionally rare expression, blending aged rums originally crafted by the now-closed South Pacific Distillery in Nelson. These rums, aged 14 and 20 years, have matured further in Golden Bay for over a decade, evolving into a deeply complex spirit.
Each sip reveals layers of dark molasses, toasted oak, baking spice and sun-dried fruit, with a long, warm finish that showcases the craftsmanship and patience behind this limited release.
