Dunedin Craft Distillers' Cacao Vodka is a deep and richly flavoured spirit handcrafted from cacao husks and nibs macerated in their signature bread-based vodka. After maceration, the spirit is redistilled to create a crystal-clear vodka that captures the pure essence of dark chocolate — without any added sweetness.
Triple-distilled and proofed with Mount Cargill rainwater, this vodka offers a silky texture and bold cocoa character. Ideal on the rocks or used as a base for espresso martinis and dessert-style cocktails. Each 500ml bottle saves two loaves of bread from landfill and is sealed with a recyclable T-Cork and wax finish.
