Dunedin Dry Gin is a classic dry-style spirit made from Dunedin Craft Distillers’ signature bread-based base. Traditional botanicals are steeped in the spirit before final distillation, resulting in a clean, juniper-dominant profile supported by a bright citrus finish and gentle warming spice.
Distilled in Dunedin and proofed with Mount Cargill rainwater, this sustainable gin is perfect as a solo sipper or in your favourite gin cocktail. Each bottle saves approximately three loaves of bread from landfill and is packaged in a carbon-neutral bottle made from 70% recycled glass with a reusable Vinolok stopper.
Awarded a Silver Medal at the NZ Spirits Awards 2024 and recognised with two stars and a Green Ring at the Spirit of Craft Awards 2024 in Singapore.
