The Bay Gin is a sustainability-driven spirit from Dunedin Craft Distillers, part of their Working Title series. Crafted from rescued bread and proofed with Mount Cargill rainwater, this gin combines innovation with a refined botanical profile.
Juniper and coriander are first macerated in the house-distilled base spirit, then infused with bay leaf and lemon to deliver a gin that is citrus-forward with layered herbal complexity. With a clean 45% ABV, this gin is perfect served over ice or mixed with dry tonic or soda for a refreshing cocktail.
Packaged in a 700ml carbon-neutral bottle made from 70% recycled glass and closed with a recyclable Vinolok glass stopper, The Bay Gin reflects a commitment to both flavour and planet. It earned a Bronze Medal at the NZ Spirits Awards 2022 and a Gold Medal at the London Spirits Competition 2023.
