Located in the heart of New Zealand’s Marlborough wine country, Elemental Distillers Ltd produces the Roots Dry Gin range using a bespoke copper still and botanicals sourced through direct trade, wild foraging, and local growers. The distillery operates on principles of transparency and sustainability, with all steps of production managed on-site - from raw spirit to bottling. The on-site Roots Gin Shack offers tastings, cocktails, and tours, showcasing the distillery's ethos of "from root to cup."
