Good Spirits Lychee Martini is a premium ready-to-serve cocktail designed to bring the flavour and balance of a professionally prepared martini into an easy bottled format. Made with fresh New Zealand lime juice and real lychee juice, it offers a fruit-forward take on the classic martini style.

The flavour profile combines the distinctive sweetness and delicate floral character of lychee with the brightness of fresh lime. The result is refreshing and aromatic, with citrus providing balance through the finish. Good Spirits uses freshly squeezed juice rather than relying solely on artificial flavourings, helping retain the fresh fruit character of the cocktail.

Each 700ml bottle contains approximately six servings and is bottled at 13.9% ABV. It can be served straight from the bottle once chilled or simply poured over ice. Good Spirits recommends garnishing with fresh lime or a dehydrated orange wheel.

The Lychee Martini was also awarded a medal in the Pre-Batched Cocktail category at the 2025 New Zealand Spirits Awards.
