A craft New Zealand rum made from dark muscovado sugar, aged in virgin French oak quarter‑casks for depth and richness.
Harrison Wood Golden Rum is crafted using a base primarily of dark muscovado sugar combined with a touch of raw sugar and a whisper of molasses, fermented in stages to build complexity and body. The distillate is aged for no less than a year in toasted, charred virgin French oak quarter casks. On the nose the rum offers warm tropical‑fruit and coconut aromas. On the palate it develops into smooth vanilla and marzipan sweetness, delivering a sophisticated, rich rum that balances depth with refined sweetness. The spirit is bottled at 42% ABV.
