Batch distilled in a 150 L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with pure spring water, this warm‑spiced gin has bright top notes of mandarin, quince and juniper, with cassia bark and fresh tarragon adding spice and a subtle anise character. Limited to just 170 bottles, this expression reflects the harvest season and the distillery’s organic, handcrafted approach.
