D.I.T.A. Absinthe (Death In The Afternoon) from Hastings Distillers is inspired by classic French absinthe tradition and named after the Hemingway cocktail. It’s distilled with eleven botanicals, including the signature trio of wormwood, anise and fennel, resulting in a spirit that’s fresh and herbal with citrus and sweet green notes. Bottled at 68% ABV, this artisan absinthe is certified organic and produces the classic absinthe louche when diluted with cold water - making it equally suited to traditional preparation or as a unique addition to classic and modern cocktails. Only a limited number of bottles are released.
