L’Opera Bitter Orange Aperitif from Hastings Distillers is an organic, batch‑infused spirit featuring New Zealand grown Seville oranges combined with selected roots and flowers to create a complex bitter‑sweet profile. Bright citrus and tangerine are balanced with red apple sweetness and the classic bitterness of liquorice, wormwood and gentian. Cut to strength with pure Kaweka spring water and 24% ABV, it’s ideal served long with sparkling water, or as a premium alternative to traditional bitter orange liqueurs in Negronis, Americanos and other cocktails.
