Juno Emily Gin is a limited New Zealand craft gin featuring lime blossom, chamomile and lemon verbena. The release celebrates pioneering New Zealand artist, writer and poet Emily Cumming Harris.
Juno Emily Gin celebrates Emily Cumming Harris (1837–1925), one of New Zealand’s early prominent female artists. Harris exhibited paintings of New Zealand plants and flowers internationally and was also an accomplished writer and poet whose diaries provide insight into life and creative work during the 1800s.
The gin reflects this botanical connection through lime blossom, chamomile and lemon verbena, creating a floral, citrus and gently herbal combination. Juno recommends serving Emily Gin simply with a squeeze of lemon.
Juno produces its spirits using pure New Zealand mountain water and fresh, hand-selected botanicals, distilled through its copper still in New Plymouth.
