Juno Monica Gin is a limited-edition New Zealand citrus gin with bright kaffir lime character, created in collaboration with Monica’s Eatery in New Plymouth and inspired by Monica Brewster.
Juno Monica Gin is a limited-edition release developed in collaboration with Monica’s Eatery, located beside New Plymouth’s Govett-Brewster Art Gallery and Len Lye Centre. Only 100 bottles of this release were made.
The gin celebrates Monica Brewster, whose influence helped shape New Plymouth’s cultural and artistic landscape. Juno created the spirit to complement the food and cocktail offerings at Monica’s Eatery, giving the release a strong connection to its New Plymouth origins.
Bottled at 44% ABV, Monica Gin has a full-flavoured citrus profile with distinctive kaffir lime notes. Juno produces its spirits using pure New Zealand mountain water and fresh, hand-selected botanicals.
