Juno Spring 2025 Seasonal Gin is a limited seasonal release created for bright springtime drinking. Mandarin and prickly ash, also known as Szechuan pepper, provide the gin’s lively aromatic character, delivering citrus freshness alongside the distinctive sensory quality of the pepper.
Sage and cassia bring herbal depth and warming spice, while juniper rounds out the profile and provides balance. The result is an expressive seasonal gin combining citrus, spice, herbal notes and classic juniper character.
The label artwork was created by Jasmine Kroeze, winner of the Spring category in Juno’s 2025 Blank Canvas Competition. The gin is made using pure New Zealand mountain water and fresh, hand-selected botanicals.
