Juno Summer 2026 Seasonal Gin is a limited seasonal release from Juno Spirits in New Plymouth. The gin brings together sun-ripened blackcurrants and bright Sunquat lemons with a savoury touch of thyme, resulting in a distinctive pink gin with fruit, citrus and herbal character.
Blackcurrant provides the rich berry character and natural pink appearance, while Sunquat lemon adds a fresh citrus dimension. Thyme provides a savoury herbal contrast, balancing the fruit and citrus notes and giving the gin additional depth.
