Eliza’s Claim Gold Gin is the flagship spirit of Kaimai Distilling, awarded Gold at the 2021 New Zealand Spirits Awards and Silver at the 2023 London Spirits Awards. This contemporary dry gin features 13 botanicals including rosemary, citrus, ginger, manuka honey, and cinnamon - all layered over a classic juniper core.
Its pale golden colour comes from the infusion of edible gold flakes, adding elegance to an already complex flavour profile. The palate opens with rosemary and honey, followed by a wave of juniper, cinnamon, and liquorice. A lingering, spicy finish completes the experience.
