Sirius’ Find Truffle Gin is a limited release from Kaimai Distilling created in celebration of the New Zealand truffle industry. This 700 mL gin is infused with Perigord black truffles and a carefully selected mix of herbs including sage, basil, oregano, and thyme.
At 47% ABV, it presents a clean, water-white appearance and delivers earthy forest floor aromas, followed by a dry, smooth palate with medium intensity.
