Matahui Distillery’s Adventurers Gin was born from a friendly internal competition focused on spotlighting lime. The chosen recipe harmonises citrusy lime and baobab with fennel and sage, while coriander, lemongrass and spicy horopito offer depth, and orris root adds a smooth, earthy heart. A final touch of orange enriches the citrus, resulting in a fragrant, well-rounded gin that finishes with juniper clarity.
