Made with organic, single-origin beans sourced from Peru, Colombia, Indonesia, and East Timor, the beans are roasted darker than espresso and cold-brewed for over 18 hours. This slow extraction draws out rich, smooth coffee flavours without bitterness.
A hint of organic cinnamon is added "in the tail", creating a distinctive spicy finish.
