Remarkable Cream is a premium New Zealand cream liqueur created by the Cameron family, whose dedication to crafting world-class cream liqueurs spans three generations. The story began in the late 1970s when Bill Cameron, founder of Robbie Burns Liquor, sought to develop a Kiwi-made alternative to Irish cream liqueurs. Although his early attempts didn’t result in a market-ready product, the vision persisted.
In the 1990s, Bill’s son Neil Cameron succeeded in producing a fresh cream-based liqueur that gained popularity across the South Island, highlighting the distinct flavour profiles of New Zealand dairy. Continuing the legacy, Bill’s grandson Wills brought modern technology and innovation to the family craft. He refined the recipe using fresh NZ cream and exceptionally smooth whey-based milk vodka, sourced from sustainable dairy by-products.
The result is a naturally rich and velvety liqueur made with real ingredients, no artificial colours or flavours, and reduced sugar content - all packaged in aluminium bottles to preserve freshness and reduce environmental impact.
