With key ingredients including juniper, rose petals, Szechuan pepper, coriander, orris root, and lemon, this gin reveals a bouquet of rosewater leading to a spicy mid-palate and a refined, aromatic finish. The addition of rosewater during dilution enhances its lifted perfume profile.

I was a little bit put off by the idea of salt in a gin, salt to me reminds me of some questionable decisions with tequila. However, I was pleasantly surprised and it was really subtle. It made the gin more robust, and became one of my favorites for the day.

Beautiful flavours that change on your palate, absolutely delightful with grapefruit soda. Each element is individually distilled and magically blended. New to the market and inspired from perfume, a gold winner for me.

Very different with a subtle rose then the seczhuan that kicks in after but softly. Amazing!!
