Jardim blends memories and dreams of green, golden, sandy summer days on Waiheke Island and is distilled by hand with eleven exotic and traditional botanicals, including produce from The Heke’s own garden.
Jardim, meaning “garden” in Portuguese, is a hand-distilled London Dry gin made on Waiheke Island using a mix of eleven exotic and traditional botanicals, some of which are harvested from The Heke’s orchards and gardens. It captures the spirit of lush island summers with captivating aromas of juniper, chamomile flowers, citrus and cardamom. On the palate, it is soft and balanced, with notes of liquorice, citrus and gentle warm spices.
This gin received a Silver medal at the 2024 NZ Spirits Awards, reflecting its thoughtful craftsmanship and botanical character.
