Endless Fields Gin is crafted from single‑malt barley grown on the Southland plains then distilled to create a broad, expansive spirit. The gin opens with juniper, followed by a bouquet of fresh citrus, coriander and floral seeded grasses. There is a distinct hay‑like scent reminiscent of clover, rye and sweet grasses - cut, dried and steeped to release tobacco‑like sweetness balanced with a fresh citrus lift. The finish is smooth and lingering, evoking the vast, open plains from which it was born.
