Auld Farm Distillery is a Southland, New Zealand “seed‑to‑sip” farm distillery growing its own grain on a family farm and crafting premium whiskies, gins, and spirits.

Auld Farm Distillery is a family‑owned and operated distillery located on a working farm in Southland, taking pride in their “grain‑to‑glass” philosophy. The farm has been growing grain since 1883 and through multiple generations, the family has expanded their agricultural heritage into distilling.

All grain used in their whiskies and spirits is grown, harvested, milled, and distilled on‑site, and the water comes from a pure natural spring on the property - ensuring full traceability and a strong sense of terroir.

The distillery produces a diverse range of spirits, including single‑grain and single‑malt whiskies, terroir-driven gins, and small‑batch gin and whisky releases. Their offerings reflect the unique character of their land and grain varieties.
