CarbonSix Distillery is an Auckland-based producer creating handcrafted spirits with a focus on premium gins, flavoured liqueurs, vodka and rum. Based in Rosedale on Auckland’s North Shore, the distillery is known for the Takapuna Gin Collection - a series of distinctive botanical gins - and the Gin Liqueur Collection, featuring flavour-forward blends made with real fruit and herbs.
