Aotearoa Dry Gin is CarbonSix Distillery’s signature gin expression, combining classic dry gin elements with native New Zealand botanicals. Crafted in traditional pot stills, this gin highlights the country’s botanical richness through a blend of kawakawa, manuka, horopito, juniper, and coriander.

The result is a herbaceous, aromatic spirit with a clean citrus top note and earthy, spicy undertones. Balanced and versatile, it’s ideal for mixing in a G&T or serving over ice with a wedge of lemon or lime.
