Building on the acclaimed Coromandel Dry Gin, this Blue Edition adds butterfly pea flower maceration post-distillation, creating a stunning visual spectacle without altering its core flavour profile. The gin presents vibrant juniper and citrus brightness, accompanied by herbal and berry nuances, held together by a dry, balanced palate. When tonic or another pH-altering mixer is added, the gin transforms from luminous blue to delicate pink, offering both flavour and visual flair. Produced in small batches using sugarcane spirit and handcrafted in Thames.
