Dr Beak's 2024 "Juniperus" Extended Maceration Gin is a 48% ABV, small-batch spirit crafted in Martinborough, New Zealand. Over six months, hand-foraged, wild-grown Macedonian juniper is macerated in neutral spirit, then distilled with additional juniper and a dash of New Zealand-grown orris root. The result is a gin that delivers rich juniper notes, accompanied by floral and earthy undertones that enhance its complexity. It's exquisite in a gin and tonic, or try it in a martini or negroni.
