Fen & Field’s Classic Dry Gin is created entirely on-site using New Zealand-grown wheat and oats, stone-milled and distilled in small-batch copper column runs. Their flagship spirit combines the soft, malty texture and subtle complexity of Geneva with the crisp, resinous clarity of a London Dry. Botanicals include juniper berries, coriander seeds, orris root, angelica root, liquorice root, and citrus peel, resulting in an unambiguous dry gin with uncommon depth of flavour.
