Ice Wolf is Harrier Springs Distillery’s tribute to traditional moonshine-making and the spirit of independence that defined the prohibition era. Honouring the distillery’s beloved husky, Shadow, this handcrafted white whisky is distilled outdoors over a wood fire and bottled fresh from the still without ageing.

Made from a genuine mash of malted barley and corn, Ice Wolf follows traditional whisky-making methods rather than shortcuts such as sugar washes or uncooked grain. The mash is cooked in a wood-fired mash tun before being distilled in the distillery’s signature wood-fired still.

Non-chill filtered and proofed with pure artesian spring water, Ice Wolf captures the true character of the spirit straight from the still. The result is a bold yet approachable white whisky with layers of grain sweetness, buttery richness, and subtle fruit notes.
