Made from 100% New Zealand whey-based alcohol and distilled using only juniper berries, this gin is intentionally simple - designed to let the quality of its core ingredient shine.
Unfiltered and potent, the gin naturally hazes and may develop "flocc" - signs of high juniper oil content and full-flavoured distillation. A nod to tradition and the mythical solitude of Fiordland’s wilds, this gin is a truly unique New Zealand expression.
