Herrick Creek Distillery is a craft spirits producer based in Christchurch, New Zealand, inspired by the wild legend of the elusive New Zealand moose. With a focus on small-batch, authentic production, Herrick Creek specialises in handcrafted whiskies, moonshine, bourbon and gin, made using locally sourced corn and traditional techniques.
Founded by a fourth-generation moonshiner, the distillery takes pride in honouring both Southern American and Kiwi heritage in their production methods. Their spirit lineup includes unique New Zealand corn whiskies, smoky dry gins, classic apple pie and maple moonshines, and a bourbon series aged for depth and complexity.
Sustainably made and community-driven, Herrick Creek Distillery is building a reputation for bold, characterful spirits rooted in local identity.
