Moose Lake New Zealand Smoked Dry Gin is the country’s first manuka-smoked gin, crafted in Christchurch by Herrick Creek Distillery. This small-batch gin is distilled from New Zealand whey alcohol and infused only with juniper berries before being cold-smoked using native manuka wood.

Unfiltered and flavour-rich, the gin develops a natural haze and even visible smoke in the bottle. The result is a clean, dry spirit layered with piney juniper and subtle earthy smoke - a nod to Fiordland wilderness and old-world distilling traditions.
