Lavender Hill’s Sloe Plum Gin is a traditional small-batch release made using sloe plums grown on their Coatesville property. Once harvested, the plums are steeped for three months in Lavender Hill’s base gin, resulting in a naturally deep blood-red spirit packed with rich flavour.
This limited edition gin received 93 points and 5 stars from Wine Orbit and is released seasonally in small quantities. Tasting notes include Morello cherry, cinnamon, potpourri, and orange peel, layered over a smooth juniper backbone. Elegantly sweet, with a tangy and velvety mouthfeel, it is perfect for sipping neat or mixing into winter-style cocktails.
