Lavender Hill is a boutique New Zealand distillery and working farm in Coatesville, crafting small-batch lavender gin and limoncello using farm-grown botanicals.

Lavender Hill is a family-owned distillery located just 30 minutes from central Auckland in Coastesville. Set on a 7-acre property planted with organically farmed lavender, olives, and citrus, the distillery forms part of a wider agri-tourism offering including luxury accommodation and seasonal farm tours.

The distillery produces award-winning spirits, including a signature Lavender Gin and handcrafted Limoncello, both made using ingredients grown on-site. Visitors can experience the full sensory journey through on-site tastings, farm walks, and behind-the-scenes views of the distillation process.

Lavender Hill is known for its small-batch approach, environmental ethos, and focus on locally inspired flavour. It’s a peaceful, immersive destination blending nature, hospitality, and craftsmanship.
