Lighthouse Gin is handcrafted in Martinborough using water filtered from the Remutaka Ranges and a carefully selected blend of nine botanicals including fresh‑zested Yen Ben lemon, navel orange zest, juniper berries, coriander seed, almond, cinnamon quills, cassia bark, liquorice root and orris root.
The gin is double‑distilled in small batches to deliver a clean, fresh spirit that emphasises citrus brightness and herbal depth. The palate offers a finely spiced, creamy mouthfeel with juniper and citrus leading, followed by a soft lingering finish. Lighthouse Gin is crafted in the classic dry‑gin tradition and works beautifully in a dry martini or a classic gin & tonic.
