Lighthouse Gin is a pioneering New Zealand craft distillery based in Martinborough, producing hand‑crafted small‑batch gin inspired by the rugged coastal environment of Cape Palliser.

Since 2005, Lighthouse Gin has crafted small‑batch gin using soft spring water filtered by the Remutaka Ranges and a signature blend of nine botanicals including hand‑zested Yen Ben lemons. Their process involves careful maceration, copper‑pot distillation, and re‑distillation to produce a citrus‑forward, clean, and smooth London‑style dry gin. 


The distillery’s production is overseen by their Head Distiller who ensures every batch is quality‑checked - upholding the spirit of craftsmanship embodied by their namesake lighthouse at Cape Palliser, a historic symbol of safety and precision.
