This gin begins with Lighthouse’s signature botanical recipe - juniper berries, citrus zest and a classic nine‑botanical blend - distilled with pure spring water filtered through the Remutaka Ranges. The spirit is then aged in ex‑Pinot Noir barrels previously used by Mt Difficulty in Central Otago. The result is a refined barrel‑aged gin with a floral and citrus‑forward profile complemented by delicate notes of red berries and thyme.
