After full maturation in a first‑fill bourbon cask, this special single cask expression was finished in a barrel that Pōkeno Whisky lent to Liberty Brewing for the maturation of their Prohibition Porter. The result is an incredibly smooth and rich single malt whisky with delightful layers of cocoa and chocolate that blend beautifully with bright citrus and gentle vanilla. This bottle (700 ml) captures the creativity and collaboration unique to Pōkeno’s limited single casks.
