Alpha Street Gin is The Cambridge Distillery Co.'s tribute to their roots, named after the distillery’s home at 92 Alpha Street in Cambridge. Crafted with a refined blend of botanicals - including juniper, star anise, orange, and myrrh gum — this gin is rested for 30 days to allow flavours to fully express and integrate.

It is then delicately blended with pristine spring water sourced from deep beneath Cambridge, resulting in a smooth and balanced gin with subtle depth and character. Described as the "little black dress of gins," Alpha Street is perfect for elegant evening cocktails or a crisp G&T.
