Eclipse is the boldest release from The Winslow Distillery, a navy strength gin that celebrates the family’s heritage in both winemaking and distillation. Using a full-bodied base spirit fermented traditionally and blended with an 18-year-old méthode traditionnelle wine from the family vineyard, Eclipse delivers complexity from the first sip.
Triple distilled and bottled at 55% ABV, this gin presents a heavy juniper core balanced by candied citrus, grappa undertones, and molasses warmth. It reflects a seamless integration of wine and spirit craftsmanship, exclusive to the distillery and produced in limited quantity.
