The Winslow Distillery, operating from the former Enceladus Distilling site, is a modern New Zealand craft distillery rooted in a 40-year legacy of Martinborough winemaking. Originally founded as a boutique vineyard in 1985, the business evolved into spirit production with the establishment of The Winslow Distillery.
Located in the heart of Wairarapa’s wine country, the distillery now houses three custom-built stills, including the region’s largest dual copper whisky pots. Their approach combines small-batch precision with a strong connection to the land and region.
The Winslow range includes award-winning gins like Astra, Halo, and Eclipse, along with small-batch liqueurs such as Tiger Lily. With a vision to produce world-class New Zealand single malt whisky, the distillery also offers a private cask programme, inviting customers to join their journey from cask to bottle.
