Halo Gin is The Winslow Distillery’s refined take on the Old Tom style, evolving from its predecessor Astra. Triple distilled in Martinborough, Halo is sweetened with a house-made syrup inspired by a long-held family dessert recipe, giving the gin a signature softness and sweet finish.

Notes of lemon and sea salt rise gently on the nose, leading to a palate layered with caramelised orange and delicate warmth. Designed as a sipping gin, Halo also stands out in rich gin cocktails where a hint of sweetness is desired.
