Wilderkin Vodka with a Kick of Chilli is handcrafted in small batches at the Waihi Beach distillery using potatoes, organic sugar, spring water and chillies grown on site. On the nose, it is crisp and vegetal with red capsicum notes, on the palate it is smooth and warming with roasted chilli character, balanced layers of red pepper sweetness, gentle smokiness and a steady build of heat, finishing long, tingly and clean with a savoury peppery undertone.
