Wilderkin Vodka with Wild Honey is handcrafted in small batches at the Waihi Beach distillery using a potato base, raw organic sugar, spring water and locally sourced wild honey from Katikati. On the nose it is delicately fragrant with soft notes of wildflower honey, warm beeswax, toasted oats and fresh cream. The palate is smooth and silky, featuring gentle layers of classic honey sweetness, soft caramel and a subtle herbal undertone from the potato base, light‑bodied but with a creamy mouthfeel, finishing long and mellow with a lingering trace of golden honey and warm spice.
